My point was in reference to why I was advising people not to validate before SOL was up. I was explaining why ca's will sue if a validation request comes in early on in the collection before SOL has passed. It is OBVIOUS that people need good credit for everything, but unless they want to be sed, they should lay low until SOL is past.
