thanks whychat , I emailed my husband sent him the advice you gave and he is going to write the letter tonight. I also have some collections from doctors offices from the same time frame, I am getting letters from colletion agencies. I can pay them now I just don't know how to go about it, is it best to try and go back to the Doctors office and see if they will let me pay it to them now or should I just send the collection agencies a money order and be done with it?
