My lease is up in 2 weeks and i am 2 pmts behind, plus i went over my mileage quite a bit, i spoke to the leasing co yesterday they told me to return the car to the dealership in a couple of weeks, and they will send me an invoice for the mileage, but they said i had to pay the last 2 pmts or they would report it as a REPO??? I live in Calif, can they report it as a REPO???
