Yes so far my husband and I have been successful.The lawyer had no grounds and put a levy on our joint checking account while we were in the middle of organizing payment arrangements with the loan company. The lawyer sent this whole story to the court saying that my husband knew about the levy a year ago and it ignore my husband because he has no idea what he is doing. I guess the court did not like that. My husband never recieved those papers as he did not live at the address the papers were delivered to. He had not lived there in over 6 months and he showed proof of this. We just recieved notice yesterday that we have won and the money must be turned over to us by September 12. It never had to go to court but it took 4 months to get to this. So it is possible. Let me know if I can be on any help.
