I suggested before that you contact your State AG's office for information on condo assoc rules and regulations.You also might try a google search to see if there are any condo owner consumer groups in your State. You are dealing with issues that NO ONE (even a condo collection lawyer) can help you with very much here. I do not know what your condo assoc bylaws are, I do not know what they are doing legally or otherwise, I do not know how we can help you, as this is a job for an attorney who can properly check all this out and advise you.
