I contacted the AG's office today. They do not oversee condo associations. They told me they have nothing to do with regulating them and suggested that the associations are "self-regulating".

An attorney who called the assoc attorney on my behalf simply suggested I go along with what the assoc wants and pay their attorney fee. His reasoning? If I take them to court, I would have to pay an attorney fee anyway.

Makes me want to think up some way to sue anyone about anything just to have them give in so as not to pay attorney fees!

Just SO morally wrong!!!
