i requested and received a copy of my TU report then before i new about this site i sent dispute letter with 9 items on it (mistake i know) results were 1 derog deleted 4 updated and 5 items stated verified no change 4 of those 5 have a verified date that was not within the 30 days of my dispute all prior to one from apr last year so i sent out a letter telling them of my dismay that they had told me they verified them when they had not and i demanded these items be removed as they were not actually verified what a shock that my next letter from them said they would not reinvestigate because they believed them to be frivolous what should i do now? have they broken the law?
