And if you are sued, Kelly, write to me. I have some nice, SHORT notes you might want to take to your lawyer. As a rule of thumb, any debt that is close to SOL in certain states could require validation of considerable debt. In others, where SOLs are short, I think an even nastier tactic may be used but won't publish until I've studied some local cases and asap some cases in Georgia.
