They seem to be properly licensed, what exactly is the question about them? Most, if not all of the ca lawyers will routinely threaten lawsuits, however they phrase it in such a way as to give themselves an "out" on FDCPA regulations. Send them the SOL letter if you are SURE you are over 4 years on a cc debt in Ga. and had no "tolling" exception, i.e. you didn't try to evade service by changing address without forwarding, leave the Country for over 6 months, be detained in a jail or mental institution, or be without a legal place of residence for over 6 months.
