Hi,
I'm lost and can use some advice. I had worldcomm wireless account in late 2000. They have trouble with their billing system so when 1 year agreement was over I closed the account, Sept 2001. My LAST statement from them was in Nov 2001 for the month of Oct 2001 with a credit of $42.14. I called customer rep and he said he'll send me a check and that it should arrive within 60 days. I haven't heard from them at all until today. A letter came from Progressive Fin'l Services that I owe them $151.27. What da hell is going on? How should I dispute the claim? Thanks in advance for your advice.
