Usually the hospital files the claims, but you should be getting statements from the insurance company showing that they are paying. Keep track of them all, and if you think something is not right, call right away. Medical billing is usually screwed up. Makes sense, huh? You're sick they start screwing up to give you something to do, I guess. Keep eveything. You might need it later. Linda
