If you are denied an investigation...you have the right to sue the CRA. (I suggest that you do that only do it if the entry is TRULY erronious). By law a CRA is required to investigate a dispute..I believe they must also give a reason for saying it is frivolous. Trans union is no stranger to Lawsuits....they recently got their butts handed to them for 5 mil. Last I heard they were on verge of bankruptcy. Don't know what their current staus is though.
