The answer to all those questions yes.
They do not mention the orginal debtor. They refer to the debtor as National Loan Recovery.

I have sent a response to the court stating that neither my husband or I have ever had an account with a firm called National Loan Recovery.

Yes I am sure I am being sued. I have a docket number and court date.

Could be there playing chicken. They refer to themselves as a law firm, so I would think they would know what the court would require better than I do.
