i was just served papers (civil) from them...I had a cc that was personal and I handed it over to my business....not that I am out of business it has been 2 years since I've been able to pay anything...I am going to offer them less than 50% so I'll let you know the outcome. My theory is; less than 50% is better than getting nothing because of the outrageous interest rates they charge...they say "we're here to help you..."
