Have you checked your credit reports lately? It is possible that this is not only not yours, but that you are a victim of id theft.
Otherwise, since you have filed an answer, all you can do is show up and contest the case. If they do not show up, I suggest you file for dismissal WITH PREJUIDICE, and possibly file a countersuit for harrassment and abuse of proccess and violations of the FDCPA.
