poor lawyer -- guidance for search pleez!

1 -- Disbar
1.1 Criteria in a general sense
e.g., successful malpractice action, ???
1.2 Easier or more difficult if malpractice occurs
outside state where firm and partner/assoc/et al
are incorporated

2 -- License to practice
2.1 Any site listing which out of state lawyers may litigate in-state?
2.2 Any hints from trade pubs and journals etc whether getting any in-state license revoked for an out-of-state attorney?

ANYONE -- search site for lawyers by name only that does not require the lawyer to submit a listing.
