Acct update with Ch. 13 BK Notation

I received an updated TU report recently, and one of my resolved collection accounts was updated as "Pays as agreed", but there was a Ch. 13 BK note on the account. I've never filed for BK of any kind, and I'm not sure how this ended up that way. How will this affect my report/score in the eyes of creditors considering that there's no other mention of BK on my report? Thanks,
