Dish a little back first. If they call, ask them to hold on, someone's at the door, then lay the phone down and don't pick it up for a while. Or, put a radio next to the phone, and when they call, turn it on, and lay thephone down so they have something soothing to listen to. Perhaps it will improve their attitude.

If you speak another language (or can fake it) start babbling at them in Greek or German or Japanese, until they hang up.

There is nothing they can do to you, so send the letter telling them to stop calling you, and while you wait for them to get it, have some fun with them, get a little "payback."

Send all correspondnce certified return receipt mail, or they will claim they didn't get it.
