As of now, there is no qualifying for Ch.7...they won't really look at your expenses. You should list all your creditors (anyone you owe money to) and all your assets (all the real property you own). There are both federal and state exemptions you can take. You will probably fill out a work sheet which tells what you pay for living expenses. In the end all that matters are your assets and your debts. You aren't going to need receipts or proof your living expenses in BK court.
