the agreement was not in writing...it was on the phone. the agreement was to get $1000 in by july 31, but that could not be done. i called the CA back and they agreed to let me pay off the rest of the balance. i talked to a supervisor of the CA and he let me make payment arrangements. the nasty representative i previously talked to did not..and i am sure the supervisor will override anything a rep says.
