Yhe purpose of the "SOL" letter on my site is to prevent any such filing, however it can also be adapted for use as an answer to the Court and the lawyer in this case. Just make it in the form of an affadavit answer, state the claim as it is made is time-barred, make sure you have your answer notarized and sent to both the lawyer and the court rrr, put the docket # on.
