Oye, we are in a mess, look for advice, would get a laywer if we could afford one, but we can't.

We just filed for bankrupcy, and today I got a called from some D.A., and he pointed out that my self written/filed bankrupcy had two errors in them. First, I listed our house inadvertly as unsecured debt, which it isn't its mortgaged, just checked the wrong tick box. The house on the assets listing is listed as Other comments: Mortgaged though. He also said that in expenses we had included a 236 $/month car payment, but had not included a car as a asset. We didn't since its a lease not to own, ie, its not a asset.. then lastly our property tax ended up in the MONTHLY expenses due to a glitch in excel.. its only 75 a month, not 900 (which is per year, as I listed). I did write in Other Comments, per year.

Then he said something about getting a laywer etc.. but he couldn't give legal advice..

Now I got all worked up in a frenzy and wonder, are we screwed? I am considering filing a appendix with a correction of the mortgage thing and also my wifes two student loans that just got out of forbearance..

Should I? Or just stick with the original papers?

HELP!

PS. Wouldn't mind a email reply.. can't afford a laywer so desp. seeking advice!
