I would wait a while before trying to do anything on the judgment, you may not have to do anything. It will expire in 8 more years, that is only a few years beyond your ss time. Plus, the changes in the BK laws will likely prompt many States like Mo. to increase the exemptions and reduce the time for judgments to be in force. Plus, most State's are going to a different system of recording judgments to aide by the privacy laws, so in order to get the judgment re-registered it would require much more information.
