When you post your email address on a message board, you will get spammed. No way to stop it. There are programs running "harvesting" email address and selling them. It isn't usually the message board or the people on it who are sending you spam. Yahoo mail has filters you can set up to catch the spam before it gets to you.

How old is this Sprint bill? Paying this won't get it off your credit report. It will keep it on there. Sad, sad system.
