First of all I would like to offer my utmost thanks to everyone. It's not over, but I have renewed strength and knowledge! Why Chat..my blessing to you (has worked deligently with me)!
My advice is do not jump at a CA's beckon. I recently found at the CA who was calling wasn't the actual credit card holder as they'd been leading me to believe. When dealing with CA's tell them nothing, but get as much info about them as you can! KEEP A NOTEBOOK HANDY FOR YOUR QUESTIONS AND THEIR ANSWERS ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE EASILY INTIMIDATED!!
Also the CA isn't even legal to try to collect on the debt in my state. So don't pay them unless you KNOW they can collect in your state. YOU HAVE OPTIONS AND RIGHTS!
STOP AND THINK BEFORE YOU REACT!! Hard to do but will prove to your benefit!!!
