Their is a lien filed by the SBA on my fathers home for the SBA loan even though the corporation bankrupted it. But the SBA wrote the debt off and sold the loan to a collection agency. My father wants to refinance his house and can't without paying off this lien. I would like to get the lien removed. Can I?
