cassidy i agree 100% with what u say here . why chat has helped open my eyes also about collectors & we do have rights & lots of them but without his help & others i'd still be in the dark & scared about all this . i live in laughlin nevada & i just learned that nevada is called a "closed border state" meaning that all OUT OF STATE collectors have NO RIGHTS to collect on ANY debt from people that live in nevada , to collect on debts in nevada u must be in nevada & sue them in nevada . im by far no expert but my guess is that other states may have some type of law like this but im sure why chat would know way more about that . well just keep a chin up kelli .
