Can they take my wife's money?

I have a lot of CC debts and have no assets. One of the CC companies already sent my account to CAs. If they decided to sue me, I'll have to file BK since I have no assets and money. My question is, can they take my wife's money in her saving account(she also has no assets)? We have separate bank accounts but we file income tax together. All the CC debts are my name only. Thanks,
