Yes they can seize your bank account, and unless you prevent them, they can get additional garnishments against any future accounts you have in your own name. They will also be able to seize any assets you have like cars, boats etc.for 10 years, They can garnish your wages when you get a job.A judgment is active for 10 years in Minn.,so you would be unable to buy a home,or get financing for a new business.I suggest you see a BK lawyer ASAP.
