Thank you for bringing up that point. I understand what you are saying. Why Chat, can you give me any reasons why, in my case, it just wouldn't be wise to do BK, other than paying a big attorney fee? It just seems that it would all be over, my worry, stress, and such. Going before a judge scares me a lot, but maybe a good attorney could make me feel better about that. I will always be on a limited income with my husband. Up until his illness, we had the best credit ever, but never again. We have such limited income, we could not qualify for it anyway. But I am serious here, are there any reasons you can see about BK that could have a bad outcome other than the usual stuff that comes along with it?
