Assumption of mortgage AFTER filing chapter 7 possible?

Just curious, we have found a buyer for our house, AFTER we have filed chapter 7, and can have the mortgage assumed by buyer. We have yet not have the 341 meeting. No money would change hands and we would be off paying the mortgage, which is good as we are loosing one income source so we can't afford it anyway. We have listed the house/mortgage in our files as being kept by keeping up payments, and we have not been behind, but as I said above, one income source is going at the end of the month, and that would it as they say.
