Right, and actually, as old as these really are, you can probably get some small credit lines to start to rebuild. Also if you have an active paid as agreed account, you are not as bad off as you think.

Have you checked your reports and scores? Chances are, if you do anything the collection activities will start, but if you are up to dealing with it, you can probably start rebuilding. If you don't want to chase the collectors off, don't start anything.
