Linda thanks so much. I don't know that people like yourself and whychat will ever know how much you are appreciated! In regard to Sol. I assume that for judgements it goes by the stae it is filed in? What about SOL to pursue legal action. My med bills occured in UT and I now live in ID. Whose SOL applies UT or ID?
