If an attorney settles a debt for less than the amount owed, what kind of wording needs to be used so you aren't haunted in the future by remaining balance. Also, how easy is it to get them to agree to complete deletion. Or, will they only agree to, paid in full, settled. If your past the sol, what works in your favor?

thanks,
Anthony
