This plan has disaster written all over it. There are no secrets. The cc companies don't just take your word that you're broke. They'll require you to fill out financial disclosure forms and, they'll do there onw asset search. When they uncover the 2 mortgages on your credit report,there will be no negoiations. Just a lawsuit being filed.

I'm just amazed. How on earth do you get the idea that just walking away from debt will aid in a re-fi?
