Ok 1st of all let me say Thank you to all the posting I have really learned alot by reading lot of the postings here. I have 2 cards(30k) that I have been unable to pay on at all for about 2 years now better yet shall I say I choose not to face my debt and find a way to them until now I called them asked to settle however after reading the posting I see that this is also not a great option. I recently sold my bought out right with cash 55k vehicle (sick huh?)for 35k I got my self a late model honda I think now I should just pay it all off...instead of settlement Did I already screw myself by calling them and offering to settle is there anything I should know or get in writting if I send them the amount in full?
