1. A big looseleaf budget planning book,for you to not only list all your expenses and income, but for you to budget for disability, life and health insurance premiums.Plus a savings program for paying off your mortgage quicker, instead of refinancing.
2. A how-to set of books, to get your needed minor repairs done without having to pay for lousy repair service.
3.Several books of poetry and classics, to read and enjoy instead of wasting $$ on so called "entertainment"
