I live in Northern NJ. He did not sign anything, only spoke to them on the phone. Nothing was settled it was only being discussed. My husband suggested a certain amount per month in writing to them but they said that was $100 a month was not enough. Then they did the levy thing. They have refused every suggestion my husband has given them. Thanks. We will go to the courthouse tomorrow.
