DEBT NOT VALIDATED

I really need some advise!!! On July 2, 2002 I sent an Attorney a request for Validation. Today I received a letter not validating the debt, but requesting that I send copies of all documents, phone calls, logs, etc. that show that I have tried to prove fraud. I sent to them a letter that I pulled from your examples, stating that I could be the victim of fraud and I also stated that this was not a refusal to pay but a request for them to validate. It has been 30days since they have signed the RRR card and have not validated the debt they say I owe, should I send a SECOND request to validate??? Any help is welcome.
