Anyone who is currently dealing with Asset Acceptance Corp or has in the past, you may find this link interesting. http://www.fcmcclerk.com/Pa/pa.urd/pamw6500*display If you type in their name and search for them as plaintiff on this website (franklin county clerk of courts) you'll see something that I noticed about all of their closed cases. From what I have had time to look at, it appears that their filings end in one of two ways....either "dismissed" or "default judgement." The only others that I've seen were a handful of agreed entries, but not many of those. It looks like they don't bother to take anything to trial. Has anyone here had any success stories of people being sued by them and had their case dismissed?
