yep, I had everything notorized. I mailed the copies to the lawyer rrr and took the originals to the clerk of courts myself about an hour ago.

I posted a link to the clerk of courts in my county. I looked up all of the closed cases that this company has filed this year. Most of them were default judgements. A few were agreed entries where I guess the defendants agreed to settle with them. The rest were dismissed, a good number of those dismissed w/prejudice. I didn't through more than a couple of dozen case numbers, but I didn't see ANY that went to trial. Looks like their bread and butter is people who don't respond and get default judgements against them. they must file hundreds of these cases a year. Once this my case is over and done with, I'd like to make a project out of these guys.
