Yes. They tried to get a judgment against me in February. I was in contact with them, and their sneaky creep of a lawyer got a "default judgment" against me for not appearing in court, even though I was in contact with them and never properly served. I got a lawyer and fought back with a vengeance. The judge was not happy that the lawyer for Asset Acceptance tried to get a judgment. I won, the judgment was vacated. They are horrible! Be careful how you deal with them.
