From what I have been able to gather, the best way to deal with them is at the end of a pointed stick...nah, seriously, I won't talk to their people. To anyone who is currently in their cross-hairs would be well advised to not believe anything they say verbally or in writing. And if your courthouse has online access to their files, keep close tabs on your case and what is being filed. If you're lucky you can search online for all of their filings and get a good view of their tactics.
