Send them a cease/desist letter. You can probably find one on creditnet.com . This means they cannot call or write unless they plan to sue you and if they do sue you then you can counter with the SOL and file a frivilous suit against them. Make sure you do it via fax or certified mail so you have proof. Find out which state they are in and check to see if they and you are a 1 or 2 party consent state. I have a tape recorder with a microphone next to my phone and when people call I turn the sucker on. It has been a life saver.
