let me see if im understanding this correctly ok , your saying they cant legally hire an attorney here in nevada to collect on a debt from an out of state creditor "even" if the attorney is in nevada ??? this is what mbna did was hire someone here to collect on their behalf so are u saying they have no real legal rights to collect ?? sorry for so many questions but im tryin to learn all i can while i wait for their 2nd response during this validation process . thanx again why chat kelly :)
