We have records showing is was a loan to them to help them catch up on mortgage. We took an advance on our VISA and transferred it over to a low rate % card that they agreed to pay off the loan - we did not give them money from our savings. Unfortunately they have not been prompt at all in making the payments.

If we sue, can we seize any of their personal property, ie motor home (that they purchased 2 years after we gave them money for their mortgage)?
