New Century is a buyer of charged off credit card accounts. It is owned by the principals of the law firm. You need to make sure that they have all of the documents that they need to prove their case. There was a very recent case where a judge in Morristown held up entering 100+ cases where New Century had applied for default judgments because they did not have the appropriate paperwork.
