I really need some advise!! On July 2, 2002 I sent an Attorney a request for Validation (Green Card) and Today I received a letter not validating the debt, but requesting that I send copies of all documents, phone calls, logs, etc. that show that I have tried to prove fraud. I sent them a letter that I pulled from your examples, stting that I could be the victim of fraud and I also stated that this was not a refusal to pay but a request for them to validate the debt they say I owe. It has been 30 days since they have signed the Green Card and have not validated the debt they say I owe. Should I send a SECOND validation letter or what is my next step?????

Thanks for your help

ashlyn
