Send a letter to the CA, certified return receipt requesting them to validate the debt they say you owe. Ask for a copy of the original contract you signed to open the account if one exists,and 2nd find out if the account was purchased or assigned.3rd written authorization to collect on the debt.Give the CA about 30 days to respond, chances are they wont.
