Debt Collector-SOL-HELP- Why Chat,Linda,anyone!!

My State is Arizona, the SOL is, open account 3yrs for written contract 6yrs, for domestic judgment 5-5 upon request. I had a debt collector call for a debt owed that is from last payment date 8-07-95 and by the payment status there is a date of 11-94 dont know what this date is. These dates are on an old credit report. The CA called me for payment 2-3 days before they sent a letter....(I'll type it word for word excet my info. letter says... Kyrazod
